Who we are

Petrava is a product of Cloud Assist Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13296480), which operates this website (petrava.io) and is the data controller for the personal data described below. This notice explains what happens to the details you share with us through the site.

What we collect

The site has two forms, and they are the only way you actively give us personal data:

• Request a callback: your name, and a phone number and/or email address.
• Join the waiting list: your email address only.

The site also uses Google Analytics, which collects usage data about your visit (such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and the type of device and browser you use) and sets cookies on your device, but only if you accept them via the cookie banner. Our cookie policy lists exactly what it sets, for how long, and how to change your choice. There are no user accounts.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

Callback details are used to get back to you about your request; waiting-list emails are used to contact you about Petrava availability. Our lawful basis under UK and EU GDPR is your consent, which you give by submitting the form; you can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”). We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to Salesforce, the customer-relationship system we use to manage enquiries, which processes them on our behalf. Salesforce may process the data outside the UK and EEA (including in the United States); where it does, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and the Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep your details only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them to us, then delete them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site. It runs only if you accept analytics cookies via the banner on your first visit; our lawful basis is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from the cookie policy page. Google processes this usage data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UK and EEA (including to the United States); where it does, the transfer is protected by the same kinds of safeguards described above. Your rights

Under data-protection law (including UK and EU GDPR) you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, ask for a copy of it, or object to our processing. You can also complain to your data-protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
